optimal site was located and lease negotiations has successfully
concluded for a new medspa in Omaha, Nebraska.As previously
announced on July 18, 2005, it was awarded a comprehensive consultancy
contract by an entrepreneurial licensed Physician Assistant (PA). This
Contract covered Business Development, Site Design & Build out,
Staffing & Training, Vendor Relationships, Licensing & Compliance
Assistance and Custom Marketing Development. With the lease signed,
Phase II will now begin. MedSpa Solutions has 13 potential new
MedSpa locations under negotiations as of this date with
potential revenue’s over 1 million dollars.
